In 2006 Aurora Design became a partner of Siemens PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), a world leading supplier of PLM software.

As a growing engineering company we began to have problems with document control. In searching for a solution to this we found that the Siemens PLM Velocity Series stood out above the competition. We decided to make Solid Edge the basis of our future business, and from there developed a relationship with Siemens that resulted in us becoming a Siemens PLM Software Partner, selling Solid Edge 3D CAD, TeamCentre Express Data Management, Femap Finite Element Analysis and NX CAM Express

Our approach to our customers is one of partnership. Being an engineering design company we understand the processes involved in taking a project through from concept to manufacture, as we deal with them on a daily basis. Our products are scalable, so regardless of how much or little you want to do Aurora can remain as your partner throughout.

Often our Design team will work with a new customer on a project while we introduce CAD, CAM or Data Management software to their system. This provides a soft start to using the software, and is a useful addition to our training and technical support.
